Our Annual Maintenance services are very important to us and should be to our customers too.
This service provides for our highly trained service technician to come look at and inspect your crawl space once a year to make sure everything is still working properly and efficiently.
The annual maintenance service agreement provides for the inspection of all the warranted equipment in your crawl space that the Sedona Waterproofing Solutions team installed. This will keep our products longer lasting by someone doing this Maintenance every year.
Our annual maintenance service includes:

Dehumidifier
If you have a dehumidifier, installed by us, we will replace the filter and the testing of the unit. ENERGY STAR®-rated dehumidifiers are designed to deliver years of economical, trouble-free performance.
Sump Pump
If you have a sump pump, installed by us, we will replace the check valve on the pump and testing the system.

Sealed Liner
If you have a Sealed liner we will tape up any seams coming up throughout the crawlspace.
